Minced Garlic
Butter
Basil or Parsley
Salt

Directions:
Rinse and Cut 2lbs of Red Potatoes (cut up in medium chunks) set aside, melt Butter, garlic, Basil/parsley and salt on stovetop. While that's melting use Cooking Spray to grease the bottom of a casserole dish. Add potatoes to the dish, pour butter mixture onto potatoes. Use a spoon to coat each Potatoe with butter mix. Sprinkle a teaspoon more of salt over potatoes. Cover and place in the Oven at 350 for about 1hour or until Potatoes are tender.

Remove from Oven and stir about coating potatoes once again.

Serve up and enjoy!!
