2-3 lbs sirloin tip roast or round steak
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 medium potato, peeled and grated
1 cup water
1 14 oz can tomatoes
1/2 jalapeņo
Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Cut meat in small squares. Stir meat cubes with chopped onions, chopped green pepper and a grated potato. Add water to meat mixture. Cover and steam for 40 minutes.
Blend tomatoes and jalapeņo together and add to meat.
Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour more.
Serve in warm flour tortillas
