3 c. Flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/ 2 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown sugar
1 1/2 c. Oil
3 c. Rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Stir in brown sugar. Mix well. Blend in oil and oats. Put in airtight container. Store in cool, dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks. Makes 9 c. Oatmeal mix.


TO MAKE MUFFINS:
1 egg
2/3 c. Milk
3 c. Oatmeal mix

Heat oven 400. Butter muffin tins. Mix in medium bowl all at once until just moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 min. Until golden brown.. Makes 12 muffins.
