1c. White sugar
1 c. & 6 T. Butter- softened
4 eggs
1 1/ 2 c. Chocolate syrup
1c. Flour
2c. Powdered sugar
2 T. Creme de Menthe liqueur
1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease 9x 13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar, 1/2 c. Butter, until smooth. Beat in eggs one at. Time, then stir in chocolate syrup. Stir in flour until just blended. Spread the batter into pan. Bake 25-30 min. Cool.

In small bowl, beat powdered sugar, 1/2 c. Butter & liqueur until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Chill until set.

In microwave , melt remaining butter and chocolate chips. Cool slightly and spread over mint layer. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
