Pork Loin Roast 2-3 pounds
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Package Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown meat on both sides. Put in crock pot. Sprinkle with the dry soup mix. Add the cranberry sauce over the roast. Cover the crock pot and cook 4-5 hours on low. Remove the roast. Stir in the mustard. Slice the roast and serve with the sauce.

I had this at my mom's house and loved every bite! She served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. The pork gets so moist and tender that you can cut it with a fork.
