1 ½ cups Ketchup
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 medium Green pepper, chopped
1 medium Sweet red pepper, chopped
½ cup Water
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
2 Bay leaves
2-3 tsp Cider vinegar
1 tsp Ground mustard
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 can (16oz) Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15oz) Lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15oz) Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15oz) Black eyed peas, rinsed and drained.

In a slow cooker, combined the first 10 ingredients and mix well. Add the beans and peas. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours or until onion and pepper are tender. Remove bay leaves.
