2 racks Baby back ribs
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Heinz chili sauce
½ cup Heinz ketchup
½ cup Dark rum
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dry mustard
2 cloves Garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a Dutch oven or covered casserole dish. Place in a 350 F° oven for one hour. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients. Remove ribs from oven and reduce heat to 300 F°. Drain fat and meat juice from pan. Coat ribs with sauce and return to oven. Bake 1 to 2 hours more; until fork tender and meat is falling off the bone.
