2 cups Rice (NOT Minute rice)
4 cups Chicken stock
1 cup Peas or other vegetable(s)
1 medium Onion, diced
2 cups Ham, cooked & diced or 1 pkg hot dogs
4 Eggs, scrambled
Soy Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In electric fry pan, brown rice. Add chicken stock and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Add peas to rice after 15 minutes.
While rice is cooking, fry ham and onions. Once finished, set aside and cook eggs.
When rice is cooked, add ham, onions and eggs to rice mixture. Add soy sauce to taste. Mix together and simmer for 5 minutes.
