2 Chicken breasts boneless skinless, cubed
2 tbsp Cajun powder
2 tbsp Butter
1 Red or green pepper, cut into 8-10 slices
10 Mushrooms
2 Green onions, sliced
1 cup Whipping cream
¼ tsp Basil
¼ tsp Lemon pepper
¼ tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 box Linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cajun seasoning with chicken breasts. Cook chicken in butter 5-7 min over medium high heat. Stir in peppers, mushrooms and green onions; cook for 2-3 min. Reduce heat, add whipping cream and seasonings, thicken with cornstarch if needed.

Meanwhile, boil linguine until al dente, drain.

Serve over linguine noodles, Enjoy!
