3/4 cup dried linguine
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 T. chopped fresh ginger
1/2 t. minced garlic
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. Asian sesame oil
1 T. honey
3/4 t. red pepper flakes
4 sliced scallions
6 thinly sliced radishes

Directions:

Cook linguine til al dente and rinse under cold water.

Meanwhile in a blender, puree peanut butter, 1/4 cup warm water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, oil, honey and pepper flakes. If necessary, thin with additional 1 - 2 T. warm water.

Toss pasta with dressing and half of scallions and radishes. Spoon into serving bowls and top with remaining scallions and radishes.
