6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/12 c onion, minced
8 oz sofened cream cheese blended with 2/3 c sour cream
4 oz Romanoff lumpfish caviar
lemon wedges, parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and mayonnaise. Spread evenly in well-greased 8" spring-form pan. Sprinkle with onion. Cover with cream cheese mixture. Chill 3 hours or overnight. Before serving spread caviar on top to pan edges. Run knife around sides to loosen spring form pan and lift off. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
