2 large eggs
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 large egg whites
½ cup lime juice
1- 9” pie crest, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and whites at medium speed of mixer until well blended. Gradually add juice and milk to egg mixture beating until well blended. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool pie on a wire rack. Cover the entire top with plastic wrap being sure the wrap covers right up to the edge of the crust and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
