1 1/2 lbs Stew meat
2 medium potatoes, cut in bite-size
2 carrots, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 onions, cut in bite-size pieces
1 small rib of celery, chopped
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
1 T. parsley
2 t. salt
1/8t. pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1½# of stew meat. Add 4 cups of water and simmer for 1½ hours. Add 2 carrots, cut in bite-size pieces and cook for 15 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, celery, Worchestershire sauce, parsley,salt and pepper.
Cook 20 minutes. Last 10 minutes add ½ cup frozen peas. Add flour and water mixture to thicken broth.

Note: This was a favorite of Scott’s and was also my mother’s recipe. The Worchestershire sauce makes it so special.
