1 8 oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce
½ cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
½ onion sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ green pepper sliced
Dash cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, water and vinegar. Add sugar chili powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, onion and green pepper. Heat until steaming, then cook slowly until sauce is as thick as ketchup. About 20 minutes.

Brown 1 lb. Ground beef chuck. Drain fat from meat. Add beef to sauce, cook slowly for 15-20 minutes.
This recipe will serve 8 with hamburger rolls. Double or triple ingredients for larger servings. Add more chili powder if more spicy sauce is desired
