2-1/2 lb Side Pork
2 Medium Onions (Chopped)
1 c. Buckwheat Flour
2 qts Water
2 Handfuls Whole Wheat Flour
1 c. Cornmeal
2 Handfuls of Oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Side of pork until tender. Break apart and throw out bones. Set meat aside. Add water to pork juices making 2-1/2 quarts. Mix in buckwheat flour to water to form a mixture like for gravy. Add chopped onions. Combine 2 handfuls of whole wheat flour, 2 handfuls of oatmeal, cornmeal and pork mixing into gravy. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring well. Spoon into loaf pans and store in refrigerator. When ready to serve slice and fry brown. Serve hot.
