1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c molasses
1 egg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1/4 c boiling water
4 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together
Chill dough for 2 hrs
Preheat oven to 350º
Roll out dough and cut in shapes
Bake 8 mins.
Cool & decorate
