3 sticks butter, softened
6 large eggs
1 box Confectioners' Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Confectioners' Sugar box filled with plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then vanila. Mix well. Add flour gradually, beating after each addition.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hr. 15 min or until done. Run knife around sides of pan and slightly shake tube to loosen cake. Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn cake out onto plate, then invert onto another plate to have the top of cake visible. Let cool, then place in cake dish or sealed cake keeper. Freezes well.
