1/2 C Warm Water
2 Pkg Yeast
1 1/2 C Milk (lukewarm)
1/4 C Soft Butter
1/4 C Sugar
1 Tbs Salt
3 Eggs
7 1/4 - 7 1/2 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in very warm water (not hot), stir in milk, butter, sugar, salt and eggs beat well. Gradually add flour, mix with spoon until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to handle easily, mix with hands. Turn onto a floured board, knead smooth, then put in a greased (butter) bowl and let rise for 2-3 hours in a warm place. Punch down and knead, let rise again until doubled in size. Bake at 425 for 20 to 30 minutes. Brush the top of the bread/rolls with butter after they come out of the oven.
