4-5 cups Chopped Romaine and/or Iceberg Lettuce
2 cups Shredded cabbage and carrots
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
2 cups Thinly sliced Cauliflower
2 cups Diced Red/ Orange/ Yellow bell peppers
2 cups Frozen peas (thawed not cooked)
2 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 cup Dried grated parmesan cheese
3 tbsp Sugar
6 Boiled eggs (cubed)
½ lb Crumbled/chopped cooked bacon
2 Tomatoes (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep glass salad bowl layer the first 6 ingredients.

Over the peas carefully spread Miracle Whip salad dressing.

On top of the salad dressing sprinkle parmesan cheese and sugar.

Garnish with eggs, bacon and tomatoes.
