8 medium peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. chopped onion
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Clean peppers and split down sides. Drop into boiling water for 3 minutes. Brown hamburger and onions, add salt and chili powder. Add cheese to mixture until melted. Fill peppers and wrap in crescent rolls.
Bake in 350ºF oven until brown.
