1 can Millionaire Anchovies
3 cloves Garlic
½ tsp Keens hot mustard
½ Lemon juice
4 dashes Worchester sauce
6 drops Tabasco
2 Egg yolks
1 Egg
1 tsp Red wine vinegar
4 tbsp Olive or grape seed oil
5 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a large wooden salad bowl, crush anchovies into a paste with a fork. Add garlic and continue to mash into a paste. Add remaining 9 ingredients, blending with fork after each, making sure there are no lumps. Add salt & pepper to taste

Add 2 heads of washed, dried and torn (not cut) Romaine lettuce to bowl. Toss well. Add 1 cup of Caesar croutons and mix again

Garnish with more parmesan and serve on chilled plates.
