Harvest Loaf Cake:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Spice Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 tbsp. cream

For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine flour with baking soda, salt, and spices. Cream butter, add sugar and cream well. Blend in eggs, beating well at low speed. Add dry ingredients alternating with pumpkin - beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts. Turn into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts. Bake for 65-75 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with glaze. Let stand 6 hours before cutting.

For the glaze:
Combine the powdered sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend in 1-2 tablespoons cream.
