Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
1 egg
1 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbs minced onion
Pepper to taste

Sauce:
1 Tbs oil
1 cup pineapple juice
3 Tbs cornstarch
1 Tsp soy sauce
3 Tbs vinegar
6 Tbs water
1/2 cup sugar

4 pineapple sliced (cut into pieces)
2 green peppers cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hamburger, egg, cornstarch, salt, minced onion and roll into 2 inch balls. Brown the meatballs on medium high heat until browned all over. Remove from heat and set aside.

Combine all the sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly.

Add meatballs, pineapple and green peppers
