1 1lb can of salmon (2 cups) drain, remove skin and bones and flake
8 oz cream cheese softened
1Tbls lemon juice
2 tsp of grated onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 Tbls snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours.

Combine the pecans and parsley, shape salmon mixture into a ball and roll in pecans and parsley.

Serve with Ritz Crackers or Wheat Thins
