6 cups of water
1 lb green beans
5 potatoes
1 lb linguica
1 onion
2 bouillon cubes (any kind)
1 small can of tomato paste
salt
pepper
paprika
Portuguese rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Snap the ends off green beans and snap in half. Chop onion. Cube potatoes. Cut linguica into pieces. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add bouillon cubes, green beans, onion, linguica, potatoes, tomato paste, then add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Cook until tender. Serve with a Portuguese roll to dunk.

*You can also place all ingredients in a crock pot.
