3 Cups Sliced Peaches
1 Cup or less of Sugar (depends on how sweet the peaches already are)
1 Stick Margarine
½ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Self-Rising Flour
¾ Cup Milk
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sliced peaches and mix with some sugar to sweeten. Amount of sugar depends on how sweet the peaches already are.

Set oven at 350° and put stick of margarine in dish and set in oven to melt.

Stir up a batter of ½ cup sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Pour this over melted butter, do not stir. Put sugared sliced peaches on top – do not stir. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.

Bake in oven 1 hour. Batter will rise to the top and be brown and crisp.

Service with ice cream or Cool Whip. If desired, you may add more peaches.
