1 lb flour - save some for rolling out
1/4 lb butter
1/4 lb sugar
3 eggs
grated lemon peel
cardamon
1 Tbs cream
1/2 tsp ammonium Bicarbonate
snaps, vodka or cognac
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon, gradually adding the other ingredients. Let stay in a cool place. When ready to cook, roll out to about 1/16 inch thickness, cut into suitable size.
