1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup flour
4 cups rolled oats (large flakes preferred)
1 cup sliced almonds or walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix until crumbs are formed. Spread 1 cup of crumbs on bottom of baking dish. Cover with 4 cups of fruit. Top with 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture. If using rhubarb sprinkle with 3 tbsp. sugar. Is using apples sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
