1 medium size onion
2 cloves garlic
3 slices bacon (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp. Lawry's salt
1/4 tsp.white pepper
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw, then squeeze all the juice from spinach. Saute the onion, garlic, bacon, salt and pepper. Add flour and cook until a smooth roux is created. Gradually add milk and cook for several minutes to the consistency of a medium cream sauce. Add spinach to sauce, bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
