2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
4 to 5 cups water
Salt to taste
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Make a paste of flour and oil in a pot. Brown on low heat stirring constantly. Add a small amount of water to make a smooth paste. Continue to add water. Add salt and mix well. Bring to a rolling boil.

Mix 2 eggs with ½ cup flour. Add at least 1 tablespoon of water into the mixture. Required consistency – the mixture will run off a spoon. Slowly pour into the soup. Mix chicken base with a small amount of soup and add into the soup. Cook 2 minutes.
