2 c milk, scalded and cooled
3/4 c warm water
3 tsp sugar
3 tbsp yest
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c margarine, melted
1 tsp salt
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
Approximately 8 - 8 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast with 3 tsp sugar in the warm water, let rise 10 min. Mix cooled milk with 2 1/2 c flour and yeast mixture. Beat until smooth. Cover and let rise till light and bubbly (15 - 20 min) Beat eggs well, gradually beat in sugar. Add melted margarine and instant pudding. Add to yeast mixture. Add remaining flour to make a soft dough, knead well. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and let rise again (once only). Put dough on pans and let rise for 2 - 3 hours. Bake at 300 F for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden. Do not over bake!
