1 chicken cut up in 8 pieces (or 3 large pieces of chicken breast)
1 jar of Dona Maria mole mix or Tia Maria mole mix
1/2 bar of abuelita chocolate
1 half cup peanut butter - smooth
1 tsp. garlic powder
half of liquid broth from boiling the chicken

Boil chicken (enough water to cover about 3 inches over chicken). Boil for about 45 minutes until chicken is completely cooked. Separate 2 cups of chicken broth in blender. Add jar of mole to remaining broth with chicken and stir for about 15 min. Add chocolate, peanut butter and garlic powder to chicken broth in blender. Blend to liquify then add blender mixture to chicken in pot and mix to combine. Simmer for about 20 min. at low heat until all is blended and mixed well, and in a gravy consistency. Serve with Mexican rice.
