2 pkg(8 oz each) softened cream cheese
3/4 C Sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
vanilla wafers
Pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat Oven to 375

Drop a wafer in cupcake papers

Mix remaining ingredients together

bake for 15-20 minutes

Just till browned

Let cool & top with what ever fruit you like.
