Gulf Shrimp, (bag of frozen works well) Approx. 24 pieces

Bacon, 12 pieces, fried, chopped

2 Sticks of butter

Minced garlic (jar works well) to taste

Sliced jalapenos (jar works well) to taste

Sliced Pepper Jack cheese 12 pieces

Worcestershire sauce

1 baguette rustic or french bread or bread sticks

12 small ramekins or a divided baking dish or Sandy makes them in a muffin pan when sharing with family.

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost shrimp.
Melt butter in sauce pan with woo sauce & garlic
Lay 2 shrimp in each muffin, pour butter on each
Add sliced jalapenos
Cut cheese to cover each, use 2 slices
Top with chopped bacon

Bake 350º for 15 to 20 minutes, just until cheese melts and bubbles


Serve with hot bread for dipping
