7 slices (white loaf) bread
1 pound sausage
1 pound cheddar cheese
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain, set aside. In a oblong
(pyrex or corningware) baking dish, crumble
slices of bread. Sprinkle sausage on top of the
bread, beat eggs in a bowl and pour over sausage
and bread. Top with the cheese. Bake 30 minutes
at 350 degrees.
This can be made up the night before. Cover and
refrigerate over night and bake the next morning.
Serve with pumpkin bread and coffee or juice.
My Notes:
This is a good breakfast for Christmas or
Thanksgiving morning.
