1 cup (room softened)butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
3 and 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup corn flakes (or special k) crushed
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup raison (yellow or golden)
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix soft butter, sugar, brown sugar
beat until creamy. Add 2 eggs, vanilla flavoring,
flour mix well. Stir in oatmeal, corn flakes,
coconut, raisons and chopped pecans. Mix well
with spoon. Form 2 inch balls, place on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Use a fork and slightly
flaten the balls into cookie shape. Bake in a
preheated oven for 10-18 minutes, until they are
light brown.
