4 cups oatmeal
2 cups butter
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
18 oz. Hershey? Bar - grated
3 cups chopped nuts - your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out the oatmeal and place in blender,
chopping with pulses for about 20 seconds. Set
aside.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla to creamed sugars.
Combine flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder,
and soda. Slowly add to wet mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips, Hershey? Bar, and nuts.
Roll into 1" balls and place 2" apart on an
ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
