1 large can sweet potatoes (drained)
3/4 stick melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 stick melted butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mash (drained) potatoes. Add sugar, ? stick of
butter, eggs and milk. Mix and bake 15 minutes at
400 degrees. Take it out of the oven and layer
with corn flakes, coconut and nuts. Drizzle top
with ? stick of butter. Bake again at 400 degrees
for 15-30 minutes, until firm.
