3-4 Potatoes (peeled and hinly sliced)
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp Flour
Salt to taste
1 1/4 cup Milk
Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan. Blend in flour and salt. Add
milk. Stir until it starts to thicken. Add grated
chesse and stir until melted. Sause shouldn't be to
thick.
Place potatoes in a buttered bakin gdish and pour
cheese sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for
about one hour or until potatoes are tneder.
