6 cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 cups Onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cups Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
1/2 tsp Ground Tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass or crokery bowl, layer cucumbers and
onions. In a medium saucepan combine remaining
ingredents. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over
cucumbers and onions. Cool. Cover tightly.
Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Store
up to one month in refrigerator. Makes 7 cups.
