4 baked potatoes
1 stick butter
6 slices american cheese
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
salt

Directions:
Directions:
peppercut bake potatoes in half lengthwise,
scoop out potato in a large bowl, take care to keep
potato skin in one piece if possible. use foil to
make 8 small bowls in the shape of half potato,
line with the potato skin.
in a sauce pan on low melt butter, add onion,
garlic, remove from heat, add cheese stir until
cheese is melted, stir in sour cream.
add to cooked potatoes, add salt and pepper to
taste. fill each potato skin bowl level with potato
mixture, bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for
30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
optional - you can add into the mixture before
baking or as a garnish on top fresh bacon cooked
and crumbled into very small pieces
