Ingredients:  
3-4 slices of bacon
1 large can of stewed tomatoes + 1 can of water
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 & 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4 quart sauce pan, brown bacon until crisp
Drain off the bacon grease leaving 1 tablespoon in
saucepan. Brown onions and garlic until onion is
slightly transparent. Add tomatoes and water. Salt
and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni
and lower heat and cook until macaroni is tender.
Serve with cornbread or biscuits.
