2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground sausage
1 ? 5 ounce can evaporated milk
2 cups Quaker oats
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2-3 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup chopped onion

Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
For meatballs, mix all ingredients and make into
balls, place them in a baking sheet. (Or cook in a
large skillet.) Cover with sauce and bake for 1
hour at 350 degrees. You can freeze these before
baking or you can cook these in a crook pot, just
brown the meatballs, drain, and then place them in
the crock pot and cover with sauce.
