1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
6 fresh carrots (you can use 36 baby carrots)
6 potatoes (peeled and cut into quarters)
1 large onion cut into 6 slices
butter
salt and pepper to taste
worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off 6 (18- x 12-inch) heavy-duty aluminum
foil sheets.
Combine ground beef and 1/4 cup Worchester
sauce (optional); shape into 6 patties.
Place 1 patty in center of each foil sheet; sprinkle
evenly with salt and pepper. Top with onion
slices, baby carrots, and remaining ingredients.
Bring up 2 sides of each aluminum foil sheet,
and double fold with about 1-inch-wide folds.
Double fold each end to form a packet, leaving
room for heat circulation inside packet.
Bake 350? 45 minutes or until ground beef is no
longer pink and vegetables are tender.
