Ingredients:
5 lbs shrimp in shell
1 bottle wishbone dressing
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 # butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake in oven at 400
for 40 min. while basting and turning.

My Notes:
This is the recipe that was given by a New
Orleans chef to W.T. Touchberry. I can still see
W.T. sitting in front of the stove for the entire 40
minutes of cooking time, basting and turning to
get it just right :-)
