8 ounces spaghetti
1/4 cup sake or white wine
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups vegetable mixture (carrots, broccoli, snap peas, water chesnuts, etc.)
1 pound meat, diced (chicken, pork, shrimp, beef)

Directions:
Directions:
*Cook spaghetti according to directions; set aside.
*In a sauce pan, combine the wine, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Heat through.
*Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add carrots and onion. After a couple of minutes, add garlic, pork, broccoli, and sugar snaps. Cook until vegetables and meat are cooked through.
*Toss together pasta, sauce, and meat/vegetable stir fry. Serve with lime wedges.
