Ingredients:  
1 pound good quality steak, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp.pepper
seasoned salt to taste
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1= 10 1/2 oz can consommé
1 Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and seasonings, roll meat in seasonings. Preheat frying pan. Add shortening when hot add meat, brown turning to brown all sides. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until partially tender. Add consommé, Worcestershire sauce and green pepper. Bring to boiling, turn down to simmer. Cover until meat is tender. Spoon off excess fat. Sir in sour cream Heat at low simmer do not boil. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
