12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4 sticks butters
3 cups flour
confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and remaining cream cheese in bowl of electric mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until well combined. Divide dough into thirds, wrap each third in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Let soften a little before rolling out dough.
Heat oven to 350º. Remove 1 dough packet from refrigerator, roll to 1/8 inch thickness on a floured work surface. Cut into 2 inch squares with a pizza cutter or knife. Fill each with about 1/2 teaspoon of the filling; fold two opposite corners of the dough that were moisten with water to meet in the center.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake until golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cool Completely. Repeat with remaining refrigerated dough.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Most popular fillings are Solo's raspberry, apricot, poppy seed.
I freeze them after baking.
Put them back on cookie sheet and freeze when frozen put them in a container with parchment paper between each layer.
You can also freeze them before baking.Put on cookie sheet layered with parchment paper when frozen stack in container layered with parchment paper Bake frozen 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes
