1lb Bacon cut in to 1 inch pieces
1lb Fresh Green Beans cleaned and trimmed
6 medium potatoes cubed
Salt
Coarse Black Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet start bacon on medium adding cubed potatoes right away. Cover for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Check potatoes they should be starting to get tender. Turn up heat to medium high and cook uncovered until bacon is almost done then lay green beans on the top of the mixture. Season with Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder then mix everything together. Cook a few minutes longer keeping the beans slightly crisp.
