2-8 oz pkgs. cream cheese softened
1-3 oz pkg lemon jello
1 carton whipping cream whipped
1 large pkg frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Make graham cracker crust according to direction on box.
Put in 10x8 inch pyrexs glass dish
Bake and let cool
Mix jello, 1 cup boiling water, let set for 1 hour
Cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar mix until fluffy. Mix jello with cheese
mixture and mix until fluffy.
Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture until well blended
Refrigerate
TOPPING!
Heat strawberries and cornstarch and red food coloring till it thickens.
Let cool and then put on cheese mixture.
(you can use your own favorite topping recipe)
